Returns:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, damage caused after delivery, or misuse.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
